Raygina Fox

Raygina is a native of Bermuda and has been involved in the real estate industry since 2004. She began as a real estate investor for properties in the US. Raygina specializes in sales & marketing of residential properties, managing all aspects of the transaction from the initial search to the closing table and beyond while always remaining in close contact and ensuring that every decision being made is looking out for the best interests of the client. She understands that with millions of dollars at stake, luxury real estate requires a higher level of due diligence, attention and insight that only the best agents can deliver.

With a strong background in real estate finance; after developing a successful business as a real estate investor, she obtained a mortgage broker license, adding mortgage broker to her title in one of the most prestigious real estate markets in the United States. Such credentials lead to opening a mortgage brokerage firm to help many new purchasers achieve their dream of becoming first time home buyers.

Complementing Raygina's years of real estate knowledge and experience is an interior remodeling consultant background, where she is known for pushing the creative boundaries, by adding breath to spaces in homes while maintaining the purity of the original architecture.

Raygina is also RSPS certified. RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.
