Rayne Hicks is a seasoned real estate professional with over 13 years of experience serving Seattle, Gig Harbor, Olympia, the Eastside and surrounding areas. She specializes in resales, renovations, estate sales, and has many years experience with brand-new construction.
Rayne began her career at Keller Williams, where she quickly established herself as a top producer and respected leader in the industry. She was selected by her peers for the 2017 Rising Star Award, and soon after was asked to serve on the Agent Leadership Council, acting as a trusted advisor alongside a select group of real estate professionals helping guide impactful decisions for the Greater Seattle and surrounding area offices.
In 2017, Rayne became the Productivity Manager, where she coached and mentored over 40 new agents entering the industry.
