About Rebecca
Commercial real estate expert Rebecca Olshan focuses on retail and commercial leasing and providing advisory and brokerage services to both tenants and landlords. She assists high-profile clients in securing retail street and mall locations, office/showroom premises, and distribution space in New York City and across the country. Rebecca also represents landlords to evaluate markets and secure tenants for key Manhattan buildings. She travels to Europe often to identify retail trends and source prospective tenants.
Prior to real estate, she held various positions in the banking and capital markets departments of top financial institutions, where she honed her valuable credit analysis and deal-structuring skills.
Rebecca is an active REBNY member and was nominated for the group's prestigious Retail Deal of the Year award in 2021 and 2016.
Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Brandeis University and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. In her spare time, she enjoys trying not to overbid at bridge, taking in the cultural riches of New York City, and traveling.
