Rebecca’s love of real estate was first ignited after she herself purchased a home at 22. Although at the time she had cultivated a successful career in publishing, Rebecca soon realized that guiding others through the buying and selling process was her true passion.

Unsurprisingly to those who know her, Rebecca hit the ground running and has since become known widely for her sharp instincts, masterful negotiating, and her disarming candor. She has been recognized for several years running as a Washingtonian Top Agent, a Bethesda Top Producer, an Arlington Top Producer, and among the DC Metro’s top 50 agents. Rebecca has only continued to expand her presence and expertise in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia real estate markets, surpassing $90,000,000 in sales volume with The Rebecca Weiner Group in 2024 alone.

Licensed in DC, MD, and VA, she partners with clients at all price points and in all phases of life — from first time buyers to seasoned sellers. Unfailingly generous with her time, Rebecca works tirelessly to ensure her clients are fully informed in all aspects of each transaction and comfortable with each decision made along the way.

When she’s not working, Rebecca can be found traveling, skiing, reading, entertaining, and serving on the Board of Trustees for the Imagination Stage. She lives in the Palisades neighborhood, where she and her husband Larry raise their two sons, Robbie and Josh, and their English bulldog, Sophie.
