About Reena
Reena Bradford is a licensed real estate agent at Launch Real Estate, powered by Compass. Reena and her partner, Russell Brown, co-founded IdeaGroup, LLC, a firm focused on homebuilding, design, remodeling, luxury leasing, and development. With over 25 years of combined experience, it allows R&R to provide an invaluable service to clients whether buying or selling.
Originally from California, Reena moved to North Scottsdale in 2000 to pursue a design/build career. Reena's first home rebuild was in the Oakland-Berkeley Hills after a devastating fire in the late 90's. Once she moved from California, Reena built and remodeled many luxury homes in North Scottsdale, as well as venturing back to California to assist with homebuilding in The Sanraluz Club in Rancho Santa Fe.
After obtaining her real estate license in 2007, Reena joined Russ Lyon and was named Rookie of the Year during her first year as a licensed agent. Her initiative and drive were demonstrated when she was able to overcome the 2008 real estate downturn by connecting with a local investor to obtain properties to build a rental portfolio. Reena managed these and other properties as luxury rentals and this opportunity allowed her to deepen and hone her real estate skills. This experience helped Reena receive the recognition of Rising Star of the Year during her second year in the industry, and Pro of the Year the following three years.
In 2016, Reena and her partner Russell were invited to join Launch Real Estate, an up and coming, yet prestigious brokerage as Agents #1 and 2. They have consistently proven themselves to be invaluable members of the brokerage obtaining the "Biggest Risk Taker" and "Walking Billboard" awards, and look forward to more growth and opportunity as Launch Real Estate and Compass have merged, providing an even more robust foundation and experience for clients.
Reena is an avid golfer and leader in the Ancala golf community and also enjoys boating, summer camping, riding her SeaDoo and fishing. She highly values time with her family which includes her grown children; two daughters, and daughter/son twins, and is excited to have welcomed her first grandchild, Lucy, in October.
