Regan Grabill

Regan joined Second City Agents in 2022, and has been helping first-time condo buyers and renters ever since. She specializes in helping newcomers move to Chicago and finding the right area that meets all of their needs and a place they will love to call home. She takes pride in building strong relationships to personalize experiences and ensure her clients are comfortable and confident. Her innovative approaches and commitment to serving her clients make Regan a trustworthy and caring broker to work with.

Regan was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After attending Miami of Ohio and earning her Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Studies and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, she began her career in marketing and advertising and continued to work in a user experience technology role, focusing on market research. Having lived in both River North and Streeterville and knowing the areas well, she decided to take her skills, experience, and passion for serving others and make the move into real estate. 
 
In her free time, Regan loves to travel, do Pilates at Solidcore, cook, and explore new restaurants around the city with friends and family.
