Reggie Withers

Reggie launched her career in real estate as a property manager in the Hattiesburg and Laurel areas. Now proudly immersed in Bay St Louis, she brings both passion and experience to helping clients achieve their real estate goals across the Gulf Coast and Pine Belt regions. Reggie is especially drawn to the creative side of real estate, with a love for staging, interior design, home organization, planning, and even aspects of construction. Whether she’s guiding first-time buyers through the excitement of finding “the one” or helping sellers prepare and present their homes, Reggie is known for her patience, attention to detail, and genuine investment in every client’s success. Outside of real estate, Reggie is an active member of the community. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, enjoys quilting, and heads up a weekly sew and chat group. She also leads line dance and stretch classes at the Waveland Library, drawing on her roots of a dance degree from USM, which also led to teaching in private and public education and curriculum writing for the Mississippi Department of Education.
