Regina maintains a high production each year - consistently being named in the top 100 agents in the metro area...
Allemand has served on the Louisiana Realtors Associations Board of Director for numerous years at this state level.  "By staying involved in knowing what's coming up in the legislative world, we're able to keep on top of things that will affect home and property ownership in our region," Allemand said.  This has included keeping an eye on ordinances and banding together with local, state and national Realtors Associations to work with FEMA representatives on finding better solutions to flood hikes and legislatures for Home owners insurance.
Regina serves on the NOMPAT committee to insure these things.
She has been the past President of the Saints Board of Realtors for 3 years.
Named Realtor of the Year twice.
Has served on numerous State committees and chaired Professional Standards committee both at LA Realtors and the NOMAR board.
Regina states "Real estate is an ever-changing industry, constantly shifting between changes in laws, ordinances, interest rates, insurance rates, flood concerns and hurricanes - me remaining active at the local and state level to stay abreast of changes in the field is imperative to my clients and my community"

In September of 2022, Regina had a grand-opening of her personal office at 116B Oak Lane, conveniently located off of Hwy 90 in Luling.
For over 30 years her slogan: "Regina... A Realtor who cares" has been a part of her.  She says, "forming a connection with each of my clients is of the most importance" 
Allemand started her career with Gardner Realtors and has stuck with the same core company ever since through several corporate name changes and mergers, along with the latest of Latter & Blum into Compass in 2024.
"Something I truly enjoy is watching people realizing their dreams, be it getting their own rental, business location, home or land for whatever their dreams are", Allemand said.
Other organizations Allemand has been involved with include the River Region Chamber of Commerce, the St. Charles Women's Club and the New Orleans Metropolitan Political Action team.

Born and raised in Luling, St. Charles Parish has afforded Regina this central location to explore the Bayou Region and the metro areas of New Orleans and foster love of Louisiana's culture and offerings and the desire to share it with others....
Throughout her 35+ years in the Real Estate Industry, she prides herself in helping those looking for or needing temporary housing in rentals, first time home buyers, move-up buyers, second homes and the "this is it" home.  She enjoys marketing the homes of people who are moving on to the next chapter in their lives as Sellers, she is quite experienced in Estate and Succession properties.  She is no stranger to Vacant Land sales and is excited to see what it will develop into.  Light commercial, including rentals, vacant land and buildings are a part of her offerings to build a better and stronger community while helping individual realize their dreams....


Education

Believing that continued education better serves her clients, Regina exceeds the required hours for licensees each year.
Designations for Technology, Buyers and Sellers along with certifications are a continuous goal, 

Charity

Regina was chosen as a local Women of Impact nominee for the American Heart Association for 2025 during it's Go Red Campaign.  Having survived cardiac arrest in 2001, she is an advocate for awareness of CPR and AED's.
Regina serves on the King Cake and Cocktails committee, which helps raise funds for the St. Charles Parish Special Olympics.
