Regina Englehart has been a Realtor/Broker for 24 years. Regina has experience in both Northern and Southern California and is currently a Broker Associate with the Compass Westlake Village Office. Regina specializes in Residential Sales with extensive knowledge in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. With over 15 years in Real Estate Sales Management, Regina has supervised thousands of transactions. This experience has afforded her exceptional negotiation skills, as well as superior knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate Sales and Listings contracts. Regina’s clients benefit from this knowledge during their Real Estate transaction and are confident in her ability to lead them through this complicated process successfully.

Before her career in Real Estate, Regina managed a Financial Planning Company, and owned an Executive Search Firm. Regina is Luxury Certified from the Institute of Luxury Marketing, Short Sale and Foreclosure Certified, and New Construction Certified. Regina is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors.

Regina is married to Hays Englehart who has recently retired from a successful career in the Financial Planning Business. They live in Agoura Hills, have two grown daughters and sons-in-law, and two grandchildren. They enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with their family and friends.
