Regina Gaspari

Regina Gaspari brings over 17 years of dedicated real estate experience to the Bay Area, with a strong foundation in client relations, marketing, business management, and sales. As a fifth-generation San Franciscan, Regina's deep local roots and valuable connections have been instrumental in her success. Having grown up in the East Bay town of Orinda and now residing in Walnut Creek with her husband and young daughter after 15 years in San Francisco, Regina has an intimate understanding of the Bay Area market.

With over 250 transactions successfully closed, Regina has represented both buyers and sellers across San Francisco, Contra Costa, Marin, Alameda, Sonoma, and San Mateo counties, while also providing referrals throughout the country. Her expertise and love for these unique regions are evident in her work and client relationships.

Regina's career includes pivotal collaborations with renowned real estate professionals Monica Pauli and Malin Giddings, as well as a successful tenure with Laurie Nierenberg and Bruce Lyon's top-producing team. In 2016, Regina proudly became a founding member of Compass Northern California, where she continues to excel in partnership with Emily Dunn of the Dunn Chin Group.
