Regina Johnson | REALTOR® | Washington, DC & Maryland
Regina Johnson brings a unique perspective to real estate, combining years of experience helping buyers and sellers with nearly two decades of professional construction and project management experience.
Licensed in Washington, DC and Maryland, Regina specializes in Prince George’s County and the greater DC metropolitan area. Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2018, she has represented buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across a wide range of transactions. Her experience goes beyond the transaction itself. As an active real estate investor and developer, Regina understands properties from multiple angles: how they are built, how they can be improved, how they should be positioned, and ultimately, how they can create value.
That construction background is one of Regina’s greatest advantages for her clients. She can walk into a property and recognize opportunities, potential concerns, renovation considerations, and details that are easy to overlook. For sellers, she brings that same eye to preparing and positioning a home for the market, identifying where improvements can make an impact without simply recommending that a homeowner spend more money.
Regina is also known for approaching real estate marketing differently. Her signature Art + Address open house experiences transform select properties into temporary art exhibitions, creating an elevated and memorable environment designed to bring people into the home and encourage them to experience the property in a new way.
Her approach is built around strategy, preparation, and execution. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer understand the process, advising a homeowner preparing to sell, evaluating an investment opportunity, or working through the complexities of a renovation, Regina believes her clients should understand not only what they are doing, but why.
For Regina, real estate isn't simply about opening doors. It's about understanding the property, recognizing the opportunity, and having a plan for what comes next
