Reisha was a breath of fresh air compared to our few not-so-pleasant realtor experiences, one of which lost a 32-year friendship for me. I called Realty Austin because I saw your folder on my sons' kitchen counter and when I called I was connected with Reisha Lacey. She introduced us to her stager, Jamie, who made us initially panic with all that we had to eliminate/store before photos. She assured us (and we knew) it was for the best and the most that we could get from our condo sale. Austin’s a pretty easy sale, it took less than a day, but Reisha remained professional, nonaggressive, and pleasant to communicate with through the whole ‘before the sale stress’ day in and day out that my husband and I endured. We did everything she asked of us and as soon as she asked, but that’s a good communicator. Then the day before we closed, the day of the ‘walk thru’, the MOST heinous morning of all, we finished what we had to do…packed our UHaul and car-bound for NC and Reisha took us to a lovely brunch! We celebrated with mimosas and delicious food and my husband and I agreed that if we were not moving, the 3 of us would most definitely be friends!

My girlfriend and I were searching for our 1st home when we moved to Austin in late 2020. We felt extremely taken care of from the very first time we met Reisha. She was blatantly honest about the status of the housing market at the time and what our expectations should be. While she warned us about the fact that inventory was low, she always remained positive and was determined to get us into our dream home. We never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to do. Reisha did an excellent job in striking a balance between noting what we wanted and presenting what was available in our price range in arguably one of the toughest housing markets in the country. She was also very knowledgeable in how we could make a competitive offer without breaking the bank. She walked us through every step of the way until we closed on our home, and we can not express how great a job she did. From our experience as first-time home buyers, we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone willing to navigate the phenomena that are the Austin housing market. We are now in our dream home ahead of schedule because of her. We couldn't ask for a better experience.
