
An East Coast native raised in Boston, Remy brings a dynamic, full-spectrum perspective to Bay Area real estateāshaped by over a decade of personal and professional experience across some of the countryās most competitive markets. After six years in New York City and eight years in San Francisco, she and her family ultimately put down roots in Walnut Creekās Northgate neighborhood, giving her firsthand insight into both urban and suburban transitions.
Remyās real estate career is grounded in deep, hands-on experience. She began by joining Missy Wyant Smitās top-producing team in San Francisco, where she served as both Project Manager and Agent. There, she played an integral role in managing and marketing high-end properties, overseeing every stage of the transaction processāfrom pre-listing preparation and vendor coordination to pricing strategy, negotiations, and successful closings. When she moved to Walnut Creek, she became the Director of Operations for the Dana Green Team, Lamorinda's #1 team. This foundation has given her a sharp eye for value, strong operational expertise, and a clear understanding of what it takes to position homes for maximum return.
Her expertise extends beyond client representation into personal real estate investment and development. In San Franciscoās Bernal Heights neighborhood, Remy and her husband purchased a duplex as a Tenancy-In-Common and successfully navigated a complex, two-year process to convert the property into two condominiumsāgaining invaluable experience in entitlements, timelines, and resale strategy. More recently, they purchased and fully renovated a fixer-upper in Walnut Creekās Northgate neighborhood, further strengthening her knowledge of construction, design, and value-add opportunities. In addition to her personal projects, Remy helps manage her familyās real estate investment portfolio, which includes multiple multi-family properties in Arizona.
Today, Remy combines her client-service background, transaction experience, and design sensibility to guide buyers and sellers with confidence. She is known for her strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to help clients see both the immediate value and long-term potential of a property. When sheās not working with clients, Remy enjoys adventures around the Bay Area with her husband and their two young daughters, tending to their veggie garden, hosting a pool party or making homemade ice cream.
