I'll be honest, what I asked of her was a lot. And she came through each and every time. She has a great eye for design and knowing what clicks in the eyes of buyers. There are some realtors who will advise their clients to simply make every possible upgrade in advance of listing their home, disregarding the financial investment needed to make them. After all, it's not their money at stake! Renee understood the delicate balance of making the place look great and spending money judiciously.
