Outside of work, you can find Renée knee-deep in a remodeling project with her husband Derek, who is a Captain with the DC Fire Department. Her two young children, Lucy and Henry are her world and are a daily reminder as to why transitioning her client's to the next stage is an immense responsibility that she takes very personally.
