About Renee
Renee Moreno was born and raised in fabulous Hays County. After locally attending college at Southwest Texas, now known as Texas State, she experienced living in California, and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She quickly found her way back to Hays County and began her career in the fast paced, highly rewarding real estate field as a Texas licensed Realtor® in 2007. Established and dedicated, Renee has extensive knowledge of the area and it's neighborhoods and surroundings. She prides herself in providing the best customer service, negotiations and expertise while keeping transactions as smooth, FUN and stress free as possible. She keeps herself involved in social media for marketing, thinks "out of the box" and custom tailors her transactions to meet her clients needs. Her experience includes, but is certainly not limited to, new construction, first time homebuyers, unimproved property, custom home building, veteran home loan purchases and more. Whatever your current or future real estate needs and wants are, Renee is ready to assist and guide you through the entire process from start to finish and will herself available to you - even outside of normal "business" hours.
Renee lives in Buda with three of her beautiful children, Addyson, Brooklyn and Jaxon. Her oldest two children, Dylan and Emma are living nearby in Austin and San Marcos. She enjoys home decorating, adventures outdoors with her family and crafting. Her love for real estate spills into most aspects of her life, and it shows with the personal connections she makes with each and every one of her clients.
