The team was started by Brett Rosenthal who grew up in a family of Realtors and has brought a different approach to Real Estate in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. In the last 2,5 years Brett has sold over 200 homes in the Philadelphia area alone and is consistently ranked in the top 5% of Realtors by Homesnap. Our team has seen every possible situation there is in a real estate transaction and we are always learning. Most of our team was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Philly or the surrounding suburbs so we know the area well. Brett briefly left Philadelphia to practice law in New York City, but ultimately came back because of his love for the Philadelphia area. We have agents that cover Center City Philadelphia and agents that cover the suburbs so no area is unknown to us.
