About Rezwan
Rezwan is a Social Entrepreneur and a Real Estate Broker. He has 15 years of real estate brokerage experience in NYC. Rezwan joined Compass in 2015 from Douglas Elliman, where he was a consistent Top 10 producer in the city. He is also an investor and strong advocate of energy-efficient housing & development. Rezwan launched a member-owned fund called SBN Fund in 2014 to invest in energy efficient Passive House developments & retrofit projects. Rezwan is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson by the International Passive House Association (iPHA) and a member of several green development organizations including NY Passive House (NYPH).

Prior to entering into the real estate industry, he has over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, strategy consulting and product management. Rezwan was the founder & CEO of Ferrate Solutions, Inc., a Clean-tech technology start-up developing a novel water treatment technology. He was a Senior Strategist at Razorfish where he worked with start-ups advised clients on new product development, sales & marketing and corporate strategy development. He was also a consultant at Mercer Management, where he developed growth strategies Fortune 500 clients across a diverse set of industries. As a product manager, he has managed a $20 million portfolio of high-technology products for a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer. Rezwan has an MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He has a B.A. in Economics a double concentration Applied Mathematics & Electronic Music from Middlebury College.
