Meet Rhonda Johnson
Rhonda Johnson is a committed Real Estate Advisor, proud Florida native with Bahamian roots
who brings warmth, adaptability, and a passion for service to everything she does. A graduate of
the University of Miami with a background in Music Therapy and Psychology, Rhonda has a
natural ability to connect with people on a meaningful level—something that sets her apart in the
Real Estate and Mortgage industries.
With over four years of professional experience in both industries, Rhonda has served in key
roles such as Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Hamilton, where she gained a
deep understanding of the real estate process from contract to close. Her keen eye for detail,
strong organizational skills, and client-first approach make her a trusted partner for anyone
navigating a real estate transaction.
Having relocated multiple times during her husband's 14-year professional career—12 of those
years in Major League Baseball—Rhonda understands firsthand the complexities and emotions
involved in moving. This unique perspective allows her to truly meet clients where they are,
providing support that is both knowledgeable and compassionate.
A faith-driven wife, mother of two, and entrepreneur, Rhonda lives for service. She is an active
member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Links, Incorporated—organizations
devoted to service, scholarship, community empowerment and leadership.
Outside of work, Rhonda finds joy in her faith, family, and creative interests. She’s a lover of the
arts, theater, fashion, cooking, sports, and spending time at the beach. She blends her vibrant
personality with a professional, attentive approach—committed to helping others feel seen,
supported, and successful.
