Her path to Tahoe started as “just one winter” more than 20 years ago. Like many, she planned to stay briefly. Instead, she built a life here, giving her a deep, lived understanding of both the lifestyle and the decisions that come with making Tahoe home.

Before real estate, Rhonda built her career in the wedding industry, where high emotions, tight timelines, and meaningful moments were part of her daily work. That experience shaped her approach today. She is a calm, capable negotiator who understands that behind every transaction is something deeply personal. Her focus is not on volume, but on doing the job well, with attention to detail and communication that feels consistent and human.

Rhonda is a Certified South Shore and Relocation Specialist and works frequently with veterans, first responders, and members of the medical community. She serves South Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas, including Carson City, Gardnerville, and Minden. As part of her commitment to the community, she also works within the affordable housing space, helping build and foster transactions that allow local residents to stay and continue to be part of the town.

Her leadership within the industry reflects a long-standing commitment to both her clients and her peers. She has served as President of the South Tahoe Association of REALTORS®, was named Realtor of the Year, and received the organization’s Distinguished Service Award. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Northern Nevada MLS.

Outside of real estate, Rhonda has spent her life in the arts as an accomplished performer and choreographer. When she’s not working, she’s usually outside, hiking, paddling, skiing, or spending time with her husband and their dog, Benny.
