"Rhonda Sadur was recommended to my wife and to myself approximately 2.5 years ago as we were contemplating downsizing from our suburban home of 20 years to a pre-war apartment co-op in Queens County. For the selling phase, Rhonda and her supervisor made an initial visit to our home, provided us with their background, philosophy, approach, and fee arrangement. They went on to describe how they go about sizing up a property, subsequently staging and then advertising it for sale. During subsequent visits, Rhonda, on her own, guided us, advised us, made herself readily available, and fielded questions knowledgeably, competently, or deferred some responses until she had more definitive information. Subsequent responses arrived in a timely manner. Her strategy and approach to selling our property made good sense in a struggling market which resulted in an unusually rapid sale agreement that was generously higher than the asking price. Rhonda also managed to effectively troubleshoot what might have been a deal-breaking event at the "eleventh hour" that involved the attorney we retained to transact the deal. Simultaenous and subsequent to the activity on the sale of our home, Rhonda used her contacts and expertise to assist us in finding an ideal apartment in the Kew Gardens area. She hooked us up with brokers in the Queens area with whom we continue to have active contact. We are currently living in upstate NY and are renting out our Queens property. On the personal side, Rhonda presents as professional, businesslike, confident, and assertive in a reassuring and supportive context. Recognizing that Realtors are sales persons whose bottom line is to make money, Rhonda managed to effectively and ethically walk that line which resulted in an abiding trust from us that was well-earned. None of it is perfect, nor is it all smooth sailing but between reasonable homeowners and a realtor whose priorities include respect and dedication to her clients, the home buying and selling experience can be a positive one.
