Rich Aronson

Rich Aronson has been working in several aspects of Chicago's real estate industry for over two decades. As a managing broker with a local firm from 1998 to 2014, he oversaw all sales and brokerage operations, coordinating a staff of 15 agents, representing more than 10 developer clients as well as scores of individual buyers and sellers. He has channeled that experience and expertise into a career as a top producer with Compass, having sold more than $250 million in real estate throughout his career.

Rich is committed to helping property owners of all types work through the complexities and ever-changing landscapes of today's real estate marketplace. He excels at advising clients to develop strategies and solutions that address financing and operating challenges, and also prides himself on using his creativity and entrepreneurial background to add value to his clients' properties.

In addition to his insight into property sales, Rich provides clients with an award-winning history of building development, having developed numerous new construction projects and restored single-family homes and condos throughout the Chicago area. His knowledge of the city's property market is comprehensive, including expertise within mixed-use, commercial, multi-family, and single-family residential properties. Rich also spent seven years practicing law, focused on administrative and government affairs for the property & casualty insurance industry.

A lifelong Chicagoan, Rich currently resides within Chicago's dynamic East Rogers Park neighborhood. He holds a BS in Corporate Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, School of Business, and a law degree from DePaul University's College of Law.
