Rich Kasper is a key member of Compass Real Estate Chicago president of Kasper Group. As a co-founder owner of Conlon: A Real Estate Company, Rich collaborated the merger of these two great companies 2018. Accredited as one of Chicago’s top producing agents, Rich has over $800 million in sales to date more than 25 years of experience selling real estate. Rich transitioned to real estate after spending 11 years in some of Chicago’s most prestigious financial institutions, such as the Chicago Board of Trade, the World Trade Center, Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

He has masterfully fortified his base through the establishment of solid partnerships with developers and investors specializing in high-end single-family and multi-family residential properties in some of Chicago’s most coveted zones.
