About Rich
Rich Kasper is a key member of Compass Real Estate Chicago president of Kasper Group. As a co-founder owner of Conlon: A Real Estate Company, Rich collaborated the merger of these two great companies 2018. Accredited as one of Chicago’s top producing agents, Rich has over $800 million in sales to date more than 25 years of experience selling real estate. Rich transitioned to real estate after spending 11 years in some of Chicago’s most prestigious financial institutions, such as the Chicago Board of Trade, the World Trade Center, Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

The foundational components of Rich’s real estate business are land acquisition and new construction. He has masterfully fortified his base through the establishment of solid partnerships with developers and investors specializing in high-end single-family and multi-family residential properties in some of Chicago’s most coveted zones. Along with the tight-knit relationships he develops with home buyers and sellers, Rich has an approach that far exceeds the real estate transaction, leveraging his wealth of experience and knowledge to produce the best possible outcome for all stakeholders and, most importantly, earn the trust of each client.

As a testimony to Rich’s resilience and personal grit, he overcame his recent battle with prostate cancer while continuing to seamlessly press forward with his personal and professional commitments. He is most proud of raising two children into adulthood that are now actively pursuing their own passions. Rich counts hockey and comedy as his favorite hobbies.
