About Rich
Rich brings with him 18 years of experience as a top-producing licensed real estate broker. He was recognized as the 2018 MVP of Greater Palm Springs, ranking in the top 1% of Realtors®, and was featured in Palm Springs Life Magazine’s “40 Under 40”, where the Coachella Valley’s most innovative individuals are recognized for shaping the desert’s future.

With a passion for architecture and design, going into the real estate industry was the natural path for Rich to take. His entrepreneurial spirit led him into real estate when he was just 19, and the experience of closing his first deal within the first three weeks of the business changed his life forever. He earned his real estate license in 2005 and furthered his education by obtaining his broker’s license in 2009. His career highlights are numerous, but he is especially honored to have represented some of the desert’s most distinguished properties, including the former Frank Sinatra Residence, architectural homes by Donald Wexler, AIA William Krisel, AIA William Cody and the Linea Development, the coveted collection of South Palm Springs estates designed with a luxury minimalist aesthetic by Andrew Adler and Anthony Poon.

Rich’s clientele spans the gamut, from entertainment producers and professional athletes to those simply looking for their weekend getaway. With his impeccable reputation in the Palm Springs real estate market, Rich consistently demonstrates his talent for pairing clients with homes that best suit them and their lifestyle. When Rich is not showing properties on the weekends, he spends time with his wife Tanya, their 2-year-old son Pierce, and their French bulldog Leo. Giving back to their community is important to Rich and Tanya who get involved with local charities every year, including playing Santa to about ten local families in need every Christmas. They are also involved in Girlfriend Factor, raising money to benefit women with financial access to higher education through Go Girl! Grants fundraisers where Rich got to play the part of a cabana boy!
