Raised near Austin, he graduated from Texas A&M University and was a proud member of the Corps of Cadets, an experience that instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and integrity.

Richard spent over a decade in Southern California, excelling in the packaged goods industry where he honed his leadership, brand management, and negotiation skills. In 2015, motivated by a desire for one-on-one interactions, he transitioned to residential real estate and quickly established himself in the Los Angeles market. Despite his success in the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood markets, Richard’s deep-rooted love for his family drew him back home in 2020.
