Richard Bernstein

Born in the Bronx and raised in Indianapolis, Richard Bernstein strikes the perfect balance of New York City know-how with a Midwestern sensibility.

As a Manhattan resident 30 years and a successful broker more than 20, Richard brings a much-needed dose of confidence and calm to every client interaction. He's a passionate people person who believes the business of real estate is about providing peerless customer service, solving problems and reaching client objectives. Overall, he sees his role as that of facilitator, not salesman. "I specialize in building relationships, that's what I do," he says. "I see the end game clearly, and I use my experience and knowledge to reach that conclusion with my clients."
