About Richard
Richard has lived in Pelham for 37 years, where he raised his three daughters, all of whom had a wonderful experience growing up here.
Richard holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from NYU, an MBA in Marketing and Finance, and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. He retired several years ago from a successful business career where he held senior-level marketing positions.
Richard has been a very active member of the Pelham community, including the Pelham Civics Association, where he was the chair for the Good Neighbor Program for twelve years and the creator and program lead for the very successful Help a Child, Change a Life student development initiative. The Pelham Board of Education recognized his extraordinary contributions with the bestowing of the Fenlon Award in 2016. In 2018, Richard was selected for the prestigious “Person of the Year” award in Pelham for his humanitarian efforts, vision, and community service.
Transitioning to a career in real estate was an easy decision as it leverages his professional experience in marketing and finance with his lifelong passion for real estate. For over 30 years, the Davidians have bought, sold, and rented many properties within and outside Pelham, and Richard has been the property manager for all of those investments.
