Richard owned and operated, along with his wife, Lee Sullivan, a multi-office real estate firm on Cape Cod for over 30 years before selling the firm and moving to Melbourne Beach. Having vacationed in Vero Beach for a number of years before discovering the beauty of the Melbourne Beach area and purchasing a house there which he and Lee now call home. Richard spends his spare time walking the beach, playing golf and Bocce, plus chasing his two (of 6) grandsons who live nearby.
