Richard's professional path began at H.E.B., where he developed strong customer service skills, rising to Customer Service Manager while studying at UTSA. With a degree in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems, he moved into sales and marketing, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to optimize their operations. This role honed his expertise in strategic marketing, negotiation, and customer service.

Motivated by a passion for real estate and a desire to be closer to family, particularly after his son's autism diagnosis, Richard transitioned into real estate.
