Richard Lindahl

Meet Richard Lindahl, a seasoned real estate broker with an impressive track record spanning back to 1997. Over the years, Richard has successfully closed more than a thousand transactions, showcasing his expertise and dedication to his clients. 

Richard possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of real estate, not only as a licensed Realtor but also having held a mortgage license and originated loans for many years.

Richard is an alumnus of The University of Utah, where he earned his BS, and later pursued higher education, obtaining an MBA from Regis University. Originally hailing from Southern California, Richard’s early years were filled with a love for surfing the waves up and down the California coastline, shaping his appreciation for the beauty of coastal living.

Together with his wife, he enjoys a vibrant family life, boasting four adult children and eight grandsons. As a unique and heartwarming incentive, Richard has offered a generous reward of $5,000 for the first couple to bless them with a granddaughter. For nearly four decades, Richard and his family have called Colorado home, forming a deep connection to the community. He finds joy in serving and counseling his real estate clients, leveraging his extensive experience to guide them through the intricacies of property transactions.

Beyond his real estate endeavors, Richard actively contributes to his community and church. His involvement includes having served in various capacities such as a Bishop, Sunday school teacher, seminary teacher and a Stake Presidency member for local congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Richard views his purpose in life as assisting his family, friends, and clients in discovering and living fulfilled lives. 

Adding a creative dimension to his life, Richard’s wife, Brianna, is a retired theatre director. Together, they have written, produced, and directed “Puck’s Potion,” a modern-day musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” This production has delighted audiences in and outside of Colorado for over 20 years. In addition, Richard wrote the book and lyrics for a Christmas cantata “My Precious Son” that has also been performed for audiences over the years.
