Dick Stanton

Dick has been in real estate for 20 years, having owned his own development company, where he specialized in revitalizing neighborhoods.

Prior to real estate, Dick spent 15 years as an auditor and consultant. This background has helped him specialize evaluating the profitability value of properties for his clients, as well as project manage the intricacies of large land development projects.

Dick has also been involved in performing strategic real estate consulting for companies and governments. He served eight years as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Wissahickon School District, and four years as a member of the organizing committee for the Boys and Girls Club of Ambler. Dick is also a past director of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. Dick spent a year as President of the Men of LaSalle at LaSalle College High School, and is a frequent guest speaker at the Penn State Realty Association in Penn State University's Smeal College of Business.
