Richard Turnbull

Rich Turnbull has been an agent for 22 years and began his career in Hoboken. Rich was born and raised in Brooklyn and has lived most of his adult life on the Jersey side. He also holds his Brokers license and has built a successful real estate career. Rich’s previous career was in the local restaurant industry. His strong ties to Hoboken began when he was opening and managing some of the top restaurants in town. Rich’s expertise in the local market has awarded him as a top producing agent who specializes in sales of condos, townhomes and multi-family homes.

His strong knowledge of the ever-changing market comes from years of experience in high level negotiation strategies that gains his clients the highest possible price for his sellers in the shortest amount of time. Rich has been rewarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence for 15 consecutive years and has also been rewarded by RE/MAX’s 100% Club, Platinum Club and the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. His recent accomplishments and efforts have awarded him Triple & Quadruple Gold from his past company Keller Williams. Rich’s down time is all about family. He is the proud father of three and shares his passion for sports by coaching their soccer, softball and basketball teams.
