Before entering the world of real estate, Rick built a successful career at Xerox Corporation, where he served as a Global Client Manager. Over the years, he led strategic partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies including Honeywell, Nestlé, CBRE, and Universal Music Group. His tenure at Xerox was defined by high-level negotiations, long-term relationship building, and a strong focus on client success—skills that now translate seamlessly into his work in luxury real estate.

Originally from the East Coast, Rick attended the prestigious South Kent School in Connecticut and went on to study at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. A standout collegiate lacrosse player, Rick was inducted into the Roger Williams Athletic Hall of Fame and represented the United States at the 2006 US Masters World Games in Ontario.
