Jennifer MacDonald

Jennnifer started her real estate career in the early 2000s working for a top agency group in
Naples, FL, and few people know the business from as many angles. Starting out in marketing
and behind-the-scenes support, she learned early how a property is presented, photographed, and
positioned to stand out in one of Florida's most competitive markets.

That foundation grew into hands-on experience on every side of the industry. Jennifer, a licensed
real estate agent, has flipped homes, taking properties from dated to market-ready, and has
owned and managed vacation rentals, gaining a firsthand understanding of what buyers,
investors, and seasonal owners care about most.

For years, she worked closely with Brigitte LaBonte, handling MLS work, marketing,
administration, aspects of photography, and even showings. That behind-the-scenes role offered
a front-row view of what it takes to guide a sale from listing to closing with care and precision.
Today, she is part of the Cort LaBonte Coldren Coopersmith Team, bringing more than two
decades of market knowledge, a photographer's eye, and an investor's practical perspective to
every client.
