Rick Dillard

Rick has been a part of the home building and real estate industries for the past forty years. During this time, he has developed numerous residential subdivisions and constructed a range of homes in North Georgia. Rick's expertise lies particularly in building rustic homes. For over the past decade, he has worked as a Realtor, enabling him to leverage my extensive knowledge of building to benefit his clients when negotiating and buying a home. What Rick truly enjoys, however, is interacting with people and forming long-term relationships with his clients; many of whom he is still friends with, even after having built or sold them their homes.
