Rick Foos

Rick Foos has a different background than many agents as he was introduced to the real estate world by becoming a real estate appraiser over thirty years ago. Rick built a successful appraisal business, Foos and Associates and has held the Senior Residential Designation (SRA) from the Appraisal Institute, and was the past national president of the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC).

Rick now takes on the role to provide support and expertise to the Coast & Valley Team by working closely with his wife, Peggy Foos, and fellow team members to help clients buy and sell their homes in San Diego County. Rick is the go-to guy for home valuation, market analysis, open houses, as well as helping home buyers search for their dream home throughout the metro San Diego area.

Rick’s discipline and focus in the industry is reflective of his past as a US Air Force officer and pilot, and later a commercial airline pilot. When not working around the clock, Rick likes to squeeze time in with his wife and family to enjoy their kids and grandkids. A little known fact is that Rick once tried out to be the voice for the AFLAC Duck, but sounds too much like Donald Duck to land the part.
