"Rick was my agent helping me buy a new home, and we saw a lot of listings together. He was very flexible with his schedule, and that allowed us to meet up at my convenience which was very helpful. I was particular about what I wanted, so the process was pretty slow, but in all the months we were looking I never felt like Rick was pushing me into making a decision I was uncomfortable with. He offered his advice and cautioned me about buildings he had bad experiences with, but he was never pressuring. And once I found a place I liked, he helped walk me through the process of closing. His experience and communication between the seller and the relevant closing parties was very helpful in making the process go smoothly. Rick also helped me sell my home and made everything go really smoothly. His help in guiding me through the process was enormously helpful and made the whole experience pretty painless for me. We agreed on some updates to my apartment before listing it – a fresh coat of paint and some additional lighting – and once the work was completed and the apartment was staged everything looked fantastic. Once we found a buyer, his help in navigating me through the closing process was wonderful in making me feel at ease even when we experienced some pushback from a prospective buyer. There ended up being something with my old fireplace that needed fixing, and throughout the back and forth he kept me up to date with the buyer’s requests and our options. We were able to get the fireplace sorted after about two weeks, so it was definitely a snag in the closing process, but I never really felt worried about the whole thing, because Rick was working throughout the entire time and keeping me aware of his progress and its effect on the closing process. Even after we've closed and all our business is concluded, he's reached out to make sure everything is all right and I'm comfortable - just fantastic service throughout the entire process.
