There ended up being something with my old fireplace that needed fixing, and throughout the back and forth he kept me up to date with the buyerās requests and our options. We were able to get the fireplace sorted after about two weeks, so it was definitely a snag in the closing process, but I never really felt worried about the whole thing, because Rick was working throughout the entire time and keeping me aware of his progress and its effect on the closing process. Even after we've closed and all our business is concluded, he's reached out to make sure everything is all right and I'm comfortable - just fantastic service throughout the entire process.
