The road was long traveled as Maui was our first choice. He previewed multiple properties for us. And we submitted a handful of offers. All to no avail. And then the unforeseen with the Lahaina Fire. Ricky followed up his intuition and offered up Kona.
He came across a property there and immediately began working with the Compass office in Kona. The transaction was fairly seamless. Again the whole sense of Ohana. We closed on that property at the end of October. Ricky was present for the inspection and the closing. He was nothing but the utmost real estate professional in ensuring that we were covered with every step.
Along the way he worked with us on management companies, lenders (both mainland and local). And he was ready to assist with construction/re-model needs also.
