About Christine
Award-winning Houston Realtor Christine Routt delivers exceptional outcomes for buyers and sellers backed by her exceptional work ethic, unbridled honesty and powerful negotiation skills. Having relocated with her family countless times over the years, she knows firsthand how stressful and challenging the moving process can be. More importantly, she knows how to remove as much of that stress and anxiety as possible. As the leader of The Routt Team, alongside her husband Jackson, Christine offers the extensive market knowledge and professionalism that make every home search or sale successful and enjoyable.

Christine launched her professional life as a legal assistant to law and engineering firms, an experience she credits with perfecting the contract knowledge, organizational skills and business acumen that are integral to her real estate success. Since pivoting to real estate in 2006, she has enjoyed serving buyers and sellers across Greater Houston, with a specialty in the Memorial area's Tealwood subdivision, where she resides. Christine is proud of the significant repeat and referral client base she's built over the years, considering it the highest compliment and greatest reward she can receive. Her numerous industry designations, meanwhile, underscore her ongoing dedication to her clients and her craft. Christine and Jackson — an MBA with experience in construction, chemical engineering, and the oil & gas industry — have called Tealwood home for 15 years. In fact, she has served on the Homeowner's Association Board for nearly their entire time in the neighborhood. Christine has three grown daughters and seven grandchildren and is a proud stepmom to Jackson's two daughters and son. In their free time, the couple enjoys spending time with their extended family, golfing, scuba diving, walking their dog and traveling.
