"My future roommates and I started working with Riley Callahan about a month before we wanted to move to Chicago. After giving her info and details of what we wanted, she immediately started looking and sent us a list of apartments within hours! After narrowing down a list of apartments on a Wednesday, she was able to set up 5 showings on short notice for the coming Saturday. She was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had at the time. She graciously spent most of her Saturday taking us around to each apartment. Immediately we could tell she has a great eye for detail and felt like she knew exactly what we wanted! She was asking questions we didn't even think of and pointed out amenities we glossed over.
