Seattle is in my heart, and real estate is in my DNA. I grew up exploring the length and breadth of Seattle—being immersed in the details of each unique neighborhood. In 2008 I decided to follow in my mother’s footsteps and chose real estate as my career. We now partner to assure the best experience for our clients.

I’ve bought, sold and remodeled several homes and bring that experience to every transaction. Having represented both buyers and sellers when the market is good and when the market presents interesting challenges, success for me means many things. Success is finding someone their perfect home, or making sure every detail of a sale happens seamlessly. And it’s also when a client trusts me to serve their friends and family members because they know I’ll give them the very best.

I like to tell clients, when they work with our team they get my energy and enthusiasm plus Presha’s years of experience. A love of architecture and design, coupled with practical construction knowledge, gives us an edge as real estate advisors. Presha and I have a lot of fun together, but mostly our close partnership means we can be more efficient and responsive—providing a higher level of service and follow-through.
