About Rita

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, I am very familiar with the local neighborhoods and the amenities each of them offers. With more than ten years of experience in managing properties, purchasing homes in different markets, and working with foreclosures, I understand how to navigate the various real estate markets. Attention to detail, negotiation power, and knowledge is key in this business, so know that I've got you covered, whether it's a buyer's or seller's market. And after planning numerous renovations, I have a proven list of contractors and other vendors who can help advise on financial matters, lending, renovations, just about anything a client may need!

Prior to becoming an agent, I was a career accountant. I have 15 years of experience in various industries including residential and commercial construction, litigation, and nonprofit military education, and ended my accounting career as Comptroller for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. My ten years with the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation afforded me the opportunity to work closely with members of our military and has given me a deep respect and admiration for who they are as individuals and all they do for our country.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy giving back to our community. I am grateful to serve on the board of Me & You, a local nonprofit organization that advocates for students from underprivileged communities and our local homeless.
