I canāt say enough about Rita and how awesome she is. My family and I recently relocated from CA, and I had casually spoken to several agents before getting referred to Rita. Having been a Realtor myself for over 20 years, Iām very picky about who I work with. Rita is extremely knowledgeable, and took us all over Austin while educating us about every neighborhood, school, shopping, proximity, etc. Sheās very responsive, patient, thoroughā¦.oh, and did I mention she got us 150k (23%) below the list price?! Impressively, she negotiated a purchase price $10,000 lower than what the seller had declined just two weeks earlier. Thanks to her expertise, we found the perfect property in Granada Hills.
