Developing lasting relationships with clients one at time by successfully achieving their real estate goals through buying, selling or investing.
Experience
Ritch is member of the Austin Board of Realtors® and is in the top 9% of all Realtors® in the Austin area. He has had a lifelong passion for real estate and has enjoyed buying, selling and investing in the Austin area for the last 14 years. He turned this passion into a full time profession in 2007 after having been involved in technology for over 20 years. Ritch was engaged in the technology marketplace as a senior executive responsible for worldwide customer care. Through this affiliation with leading software companies and a passion for resolving complex issues, he turned his attention to real estate in the local Austin market. In building his business as a Realtor®, he leverages his background in technology to deliver personalized, focused information that helps his clients make intelligent buying and selling decisions.
Since 2007, Ritch has sold approximately $15,500,000 in real estate and has helped families as well as investors just like you find what they were looking for. In doing so, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2007 for his first year production all while maintaining extremely high client satisfaction. Through building his business, he has enjoyed many clients that have done multiple transactions with him as well as referred him to their friends and family. A true testament of the nature of the individual.
With an in depth knowledge of the local market and a commitment to client success, Ritch is someone who will listen, clarify and react to your specific needs and requests. He does this through his unique ability to ask the right questions - get the results that you are looking for all within your time frame as well as deliver them in the medium that you want – email, text, voice or hand delivered.
Education
Ritch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Management from Northwood University in Midland, MI. He was consistently a member of the Dean's List and also an honorary member of Delta Mu Delta a scholastic fraternity.

Through the years, Ritch has developed a detailed knowledge of the following areas in central Texas: Central Austin, Northwest Hills, Westover Hills, Great Hills, Northwest Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown and Leander. He has done this by both living and working in different areas as well as an extensive amount of research for his clients on the local market. His uncanny ability for understanding the current market conditions regarding inventory, price and trends makes him a resource to get to know.
Community Involvement
Through his active involvement in community organizations, Ritch participates in a number of fundraisers to help local organizations such as AIDS Services Austin, Project Transitions and the Human Rights Campaign. He also serves on various Home Owner Association Boards for communities that he is invested in. You can also find him helping out a friend or client who might need an extra hand from time to time.
Personal
He is an avid outdoor person who loves all that Austin has to offer. He can be seen running at Lady Bird Lake daily or RV camping in many of the wonderful destinations around central Texas. Ritch also enjoys collecting wines from the world and of course sharing those with his family, clients and friends! Ritch is also a proud parent to two wonderful cocker spaniels – Max & Gabby!
Ritch presently lives in Northwest Austin, but being a Realtor® is always looking for the next place. Over the last 14 years, he has lived in Cat Mountain, Canyon Mesa, Laurel Canyon and currently in Central Austin. He is also a local investment property owner and currently has condominiums in the downtown market. He is very familiar with the current projects on the ground as well as the overall market conditions. In working with Ritch, your home buying or selling experience will be memorable and provide you with the results you are looking for!
