RJ brings a tech-driven, people-first approach to real estate as a member of Theory Residential
Group at Compass. Originally from the Midwest, RJ relocated to Dallas in 2015 to launch his
career in engineering and technology, where he built a strong foundation in consulting,
problem-solving, and client advocacy.
While his background sharpened his analytical mindset, RJ’s passion has always centered on people. His love for homes, architecture, and mentoring naturally led him to real estate, where he now helps clients navigate major life decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. Known for his calm, educational approach, RJ prides himself on guiding clients through the process in a way that feels thoughtful, transparent, and empowering.
Based in East Dallas with a strong connection to the Lakewood community, RJ is committed to delivering a modern, high-touch experience backed by local market knowledge and genuine relationships. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active through fitness, golf, and pickleball, and is proudly involved in the Dallas sports community as a drummer for the Dallas Mavericks Drumline.
