Rejebian Jolas Real Estate Team

Dawn M. Rejebian and Apryl Jolas combined forces to create the Rejebian Jolas Real Estate Team. With a collective 25 years of experience serving the Dallas area, Rejebian and Jolas specialize in luxury properties, negotiation strategies and buyer and seller services.

Dawn has been serving Dallas as a real estate sales associate for over 20 years. Her husband, David Rejebian, is the grandson of Dallas’ well-known Oriental rug dealer who established Rejebian Rugs in 1934. His grandmother, Ermance Rejebian, was a distinguished author and book reviewer with nearly 70 Rejebian book clubs around the state. Dawn’s mother-in-law is one of Dallas’ best known interior designers. These strong ties to the Dallas community and history allow her to provide her clients with the highest level of comfort and knowledge throughout the real estate process.

Apryl graduated from Southern Methodist University and has been proud to call Dallas her home over the last 30 years. Early in her career, she coordinated renovations and new home construction projects, giving her ample experience in many facets of real estate and client relations. Jolas uses her expertise, strong negotiation skills and determination to meet the needs of her clients from start to finish, and even beyond.
