For over twenty seven years RJ has conducted a successful real estate sales practice within the greater Los Angeles area ’San Fernando Valley’ Conejo Valley. Whether listing or selling estate properties, counseling corporate relocation clients, for such prominent companies as Universal, Warner Bros, Interscope records, Countrywide Financial, Occidental Petroleum, FBI, Activision and Walt Disney Co. or his vast REO (real estate owned) knowledge serving numerous banks and asset management clients, liquidating hundreds of foreclosure properties throughout the years, he approaches his business with the same passion and sensitivity that has made him the envy of industry peers. Working almost exclusively by referral, he continues to develop new and interesting approaches to the most difficult transactions A native of Detroit, Michigan, RJ has been a resident of the San Fernando for 36 years. He has been involved with and raised funds for non-profit organizations such as AbilityFirst and New Leash On Life.
