He began his career with Harrahās Entertainment (later Caesars Entertainment), ultimately serving as Head of Gaming Analytics for a $10 billion enterprise, where decisions were driven by data, risk analysis, and precision. He later spent 18 years in healthcare as a C-suite executive within a $12 billion organization. These roles sharpened his expertise in negotiation, market analysis, financial strategy, and complex transactionsāskills that directly benefit his real estate clients today.
RL later founded and scaled a real estate brokerage from the ground up to more than 300 agents before successfully selling the company. Today, he works alongside his wife, Anna Lauren Hesson, as part of the Welcome Home Team at Compass, offering clients a highly strategic, hands-on experience rooted in local knowledge, executive-level negotiation, and disciplined decision-making.
