Rob Depaoli has been a Realtor since 2013, involved in the closing over $700,000,000 in real property transactions. Rob specializes in buyer and seller representation, luxury home development and investment properties primarily in the South Bay area. Rob earned Rookie of the Year in his first full year as an agent in 2013, and is recognized on the State level as the #262 producing agent out of 465,000 by the Wall Street Journal in 2021.
Rob began investing in real estate at the age of 26 and owns commercial investments, single family homes, apartment buildings and short term rentals in Los Angeles and Nashville. Rob has also personally managed and invested in spec development projects in Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Hawthorne, and Nashville. Rob holds a Business Administration major with an emphasis in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
